We are a two-bench workshop building furniture and everyday objects from locally sourced hardwood. Every piece is cut, fitted and finished by hand, with traditional joinery instead of screws wherever the wood allows it.
What we make
- Dining and coffee tables in oak, ash and birch
- End-grain cutting boards and serving trays
- Wall shelves and small bookcases made to measure
- Restoration of old chairs, drawers and cabinets
How we work
Most of our work is made to order. We start with a sketch and a conversation about the room the piece will live in, choose the boards together, and finish with natural oil and wax. A typical table takes four to six weeks from the first cut.
Wood we use
Oak, ash, birch, alder and walnut, air-dried and planed in the workshop. Offcuts become cutting boards; shavings go to a local smokehouse.
